Although I am new at this I know I’m going to love it. I live in a big city and I set it in a front window so I can watch the world go by. I’m probably not going to go much on it but stand on it while it vibrates because that in itself seems like it will have an amazing impact on my health.

It just arrived but after using it just once, I can see that it will be very good to use. I am very happy to have it to address a couple of issues in my 81-year old body! As is hubby.
