Truly an excellent product. Great to start or end my day. Helps with overall joint and muscle stiffness, but it’s also helped with digestion. Purchasing for family members as well.

Just got the machine. It was very easy to set up. Used it right away. I like it so much I wish I could stay on it longer! ? Will do it 3 times a day for the 10 mins as recommended.
