Have only read through paperwork and plugged in, turned on made sure all buttons worked, stood on it for 5 mins, so far I feel it will do as expected.

The vibration plate is great. It’s fairly large and works as expected. However, and the instruction booklet and online it says it has all these different fitness program modes, however, they’re not explained and they don’t really do anything. I was assuming you’d have a fitness routine to target different muscle groups or to instruct me to do different types of movements on the plate. But this is not the case. If you’re looking for a basic vibration plate, this is it. I also in the promo was supposed to be receive a massage gun for free and I’ve still not received it after 2 1/2 weeks.

Loving it but a few flaws I hope they work out

I’ve really enjoyed the Lifepro 4D Rumblex Plus so far. It feels sturdy, is easy to use once you get the hang of it, and I’ve been using it for workouts, recovery, and lymphatic drainage. It has made it easier to fit exercise into my day. My complaint is that the user guide could be much more detailed. There are so many settings, speeds, and vibration modes, but little explanation of what each one is best for. I spent a lot of time searching online trying to figure out which settings are best for lymphatic drainage versus strength training or recovery. A simple chart or guide explaining the recommended settings for different goals would make a huge difference. Also my unit stopped turning on just before the 5-month mark. One of the reasons I chose Lifepro was because of the advertised lifetime warranty, so I’m hoping the warranty process is as good as promised and that they stand behind their product.

Highly recommended by cancerrehabpt therapist I haven’t started using it yet but the design looks thoughtful, product is v sturdily built and I consider the pro model a worthwhile investment in my longterm health. Frankly it’s not the cost of a few pt sessions or massages. Im a remote worker and I plan to use it at my sit-stand desk at home.
