My husband got this for me for a Christmas gift and so far I love the versatility of workouts you can do with it. Only 4 out of 5 stars because I've only used it a couple times so I can't attest to any results. Machine appears to be high quality.

This is a good product, but it forces me to give a review before I can access the website.
Also, the manual doesn’t say what each of the pre-programs does. Which is why I am trying to access the site in the first place.

I’ve been wanting this plate for a long time. I just received it as a Christmas gift. I’m looking forward to using it.
My only concern is proper use. I’m still trying to find videos and instructions on safe use and how to use the different modes and speeds properly.
