So far so good, a little rumbly past 25

Postpartum with twins and hardly able to fit in exercise. First 2 days of use, noticeable improvement in stiffness and positional aches. Doesn’t wake up babies when used in the same room. Truly whisper quiet until past 25, then can hear and feel a bit of rumbling inside the machine.

I've had this glorious machine for over 3 months now, and it is doing wonders for my lower back pain and lymphatic drainage. My husband was skeptical at first, but now he's on it every night! Can't wait to try other LifePro products!

Good But Could Be Better

I got the LifePro Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate. It’s a great product and I’ve enjoyed using it but some things could be improved. (1) Personally, I don’t want to see the calorie count. I wish I could turn it off. (2) I like that I can turn off the sound but every time I turn the plate off, the sound is back when I turn it on again. I think the sound should stay off until you turn it back on. (3) The Lateral movement of the plate makes a lot of clanking noises. The Horizontal movement of the plate also makes clanking noises but less so.

Just purchased the LifePro Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate. Arrived quickly easy to figure out how to use. Works great, but I haven’t been able to use it very much yet.

Have only had the vibration plate for a couple days. Seems well built, happy to hear of the lifetime warranty. Working up to longer sessions, but feels good during and after, not sure of any long term effects just yet.
