A Good Tool in the Healthy Me Toolbox

We just recently received our Vibration Plate and are so far very happy and excited. A total healthier you requires a well rounded plan. Exercise, Nutrition, Mental Health, and continual growth and education. Our Vibration Plate is a great tool in out toolbox and along with our Exercise Bike, Treadmill, Weights, Massage Chair, Healthy Eating, and so much more. No single item is enough or can in insolation help you meet your goals, but there are items that can for part of the overall strategy and we really enjoy our plate. We will update our review after a few months of use but for now, we are very excited.

Massage and morning wake are good.
Muscle and weight impacts from use still pending.
Difficulty getting registered and getting to online resources. I hope this improves

I started using this product at my Chiropractor and they recommended I get one. I received it just the other day and absolutely LOVE IT. The amount of different settings available and the amazing changes I have already begun to felt have left me amazed. Truly love it!
