Massage and morning wake are good.
Muscle and weight impacts from use still pending.
Difficulty getting registered and getting to online resources. I hope this improves

I started using this product at my Chiropractor and they recommended I get one. I received it just the other day and absolutely LOVE IT. The amount of different settings available and the amazing changes I have already begun to felt have left me amazed. Truly love it!

This Rumblex 4D version seems to have more vibration than the Rumblux Plus. That is a good thing. My wife has gone from a diagnosis of osteoporosis to osteopenia after a year of use about five times a week.

Just received this as a gift 3 days ago. I've tried it twice so far. I love the versatility of using the machine with the bands. Still learning the ins and outs of the machine but seems like a great little work out.
