Life Changing!

I've been wanting one of these gadgets for the past several months. My husband surprised me with the Rumblex 4D on our 20 year anniversary just a few days ago. THIS is the gift that keeps on giving all year long! And betting for many years to come. I'm already incorporating it into my daily grind and enjoying the therapeutic and health benefits. Looking forward to trying the different exercise routines and maximize success.

Setup was easy. The vibration on the wood floors wasn't as disruptive as anticipated. I easily was able to tolerate the highest intensity for the recommended 10 minutes just standing wide stance. I will have to explore the other position and workout options.
