Love the plate. Works perfectly. Love the remote watch — the instruction booklet is also super help I and come with so many workout accessories. Be completely satisfied.

My college age daughter came home from Easter break used it the entire time and decided she needed one. It was either I buy her one or she was taking mine. Needless to say, she got a smaller one for her birthday that works perfectly in her dorm.
