I’ve been loving incorporating the LifePro Rumblex 4D into my daily routine! As a trainer, I appreciate tools that support both recovery and performance, and this one does exactly that. It helps get the blood flowing, activates muscles, supports circulation and lymphatic drainage, and leaves my body feeling energized and refreshed. I especially enjoy using it before workouts to wake up my muscles and after workouts to help ease stiffness and support recovery. It’s an easy, low-impact addition that makes a noticeable difference in how my body feels.not to mention… my BALANCE!

Just out of the box, so we’re talking a small sample size, but the machine seems very sturdy and well-made. It is easy to set up and operate, and my first session was a lot of fun. Looking forward to seeing all the applications this vibration plate has
