Hope For Better Health

Just received my new Rumblex Plus 4 D Vibration Plate , So excited to see what this Beautiful Machine will do for my Health! I have had Both Hips replaced, I have bad knees, I have Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis. Had Bicep/Rotator Cuff surgery this past year from a fall.. & I sit too much with my job ! Would also Love to loose some weight! So hopefully things will get better as the year goes on!

The best body warm up

I love how the vibration plate has awakened my body to movements again. I used to think the aches and pains were normal. I didn't even realize how much it was impacting my daily life, even something as simple as walking. The vibration plate has helped me feel good enough in my body to where I actually enjoy movement again, maybe even for the first time.
