I just got my new vibration plate. I use mine every day for at least an hour. I love having one and am so excited to try this bigger, heavier, & more involved plate for more workout & relaxation options.

Day one I wasn’t sure if I liked it. Day two was better. I can feel the tiny muscles in my hips working hard. I’m hopeful I will grow to enjoy the benefits.
