Great for lower back

Love this for my lower back! I have had two spine surgeries and this truly helps loosen the muscles better than anything I have tried! Wrist remote is very bulky. Would've loves if I could've paired my apple watch or phone and used it with an app instead.

I finally tried a 4D vibration plate and I was honestly surprised. It’s easy to use, doesn’t take up much space, and gives a quick low-impact workout when I don’t feel like doing something intense. I like using it to wake up my muscles or wind down at the end of the day.
