I have an ankle injury that often results in a lot of limping, especially in the mornings. After using this I've noticed that pain has be alleviated. Now I'm anxious to see what else it will do!!!

This is the 2nd Lifepro vibration plate that I've purchased. I purchased the Wave first, and after one week, I decided I wanted to upgrade to the Rumblex...my daughter is getting the Wave from me. I'm excited and love it!

I am very happy with the machine itself, the remote works intermittently and I sometimes have to press the controls 3 or 4 times. (Controls on the machine are fine).
have had joint replacements and osteopenia. I have had my Rumblex for @ 4 weeks, use it every other day and have been experimenting with different programs and intensities. I definitely feel a difference in my joints after using it, they feel a bit stronger and stable.

Really great for lymphatic drainage, toning, reducing bloating, water retention, and circulation. I haven’t found anything so good to help with all of this.
