You can feel it working

You can feel it working for muscle recovery, I'm just not sure it delivers on all its promises. But perhaps there's just something I'm missing.

I’d gone to Hawaii to see family but I went to get an adjustment at the chiropractor over there and he introduced me to this. I’d done it as a warm up to loosen my muscles, but it works lovely for all other things as it says!

Just started using it - I bought it because I really like the vibration plate I use at OsteoStrong. So far the pulsation mode seems to be just as good. I gave it only 4 stars because I am still learning about all the features.

I have loved my vibration plate. Each night I get on for 10 min and it helps my tired legs feel so much better and not keep me up at night with the aching. Love this product.

I also own an oscillation-only vibration plate. I recently received the Rumblex, and while I have not yet used it enough to provide a full performance review, my initial impression compared to my previous unit is promising. It offers a spacious platform and appears to be well constructed.
