Relieves body aches

This Lifepro Vibration plate has been a life saver. With Chronic fatigue and body pain, I have a very sedentary life which makes my body worse. I could not make myself exercise, not even walk cause I would feel miserable afterwards. A friend told me about vibration plate and looking into this found Lifepro and said to myself, well I can stand for 10 minutes so why not try it, since it can be returned if it does not work. My goodness, to my surprise, the first day I tried it, I did 2 sessions AM & PM playing around with it, sitting first, standing next and the next day, I woke up with no achiness, only the regular lowback/hip pain and getting out of bed was a lot easier. I use it often sometimes 5 min and sometimes 10 and overall my body feels it is recovering slowly but steady! & now with the discovery of L Reuteri yogurt, I have a good combo for reaching healthier body before my 58th BD :-) . Thank You Lifepro! & by the way the videos on your website are great and very helpful.

Jiggling is Fun

just unboxed our new Rumblex plus 4D vibration plate, excited to get familiar with the options it offers. Stood on it for a few minutes getting used to the feel and think it will be great. Surprised how it vibrates the head/eyes and voice

I bought this as an 80th Birthday present for myself and I am glad I did. I needed something to make me exercise, instead of sitting at my desk all day. Rumblex 4D does the job. IT'S EXERCISE WITHOUT THE WORK! HOW COOL IS THAT!!!. IN ONLY 3 DAYS, I CAN FEEL MY BALANCE, LEG STRENGTH and CIRCULATION IMPROVING. I keep it under my desk, so I can use it when sitting or standing. I am looking forward to exploring its many different settings. It's a terrifically well-built, smooth-operating, effective exercise machine. An entire GYM in one device.
