I prefer my original vibration plate from Life Pro. It’s has more vibration and a 15 minute usage time

I hoped for more

I like the Rumblex Plus 4D. However I don’t feel the same intensity as my other LifePro vibration plate. I was also disappointed that it only offers 10 min where my other one offered 15min of time.

I bought the Rumblex Plus so that I can increase circulation after foot surgery since I won’t be able to do much exercise for several weeks. I was able to use it several sessions before surgery and it was great to enhance my workouts. Post surgery, I sit on the plates to increase circulation and promote healing. I look forward to using the plates once I’m completely healed to maximize my workouts and get my strength back!

I've had the plate for approximately a week. I have only used the lowest setting program. It's very powerful. I love the way it makes me feel.

Missing manual

No manual provided makes it difficult to use and when you are someone who is not all that tech savvy it takes way too long to find out how to use it and to find the manual online.
