I got this to help with balance and core strengthening, I’m 60 and not as active as I’d like. Great for in home use, I opted for the model that has the highest weight capacity because the reviews advised it for durability. I’ve been using for 3 weeks and have seen results already am using it every day, is low enough profile to store under bed.

I have tried all the settings and can feel it working my muscles and can really tell it’s making a difference. I run it on lvl 40 currently which is good for me. It’s easy to fit 10 min in here or there.
