I used this at a therapy session and loved it. I got it yesterday so I can't review other than the unit I have used. I know it will be beneficial to my circulation. I am 75 and this should be very helpful in my joint pain also.

It really gets the blood flowing! Great for in the morning, noon and night. Makes my body feel relaxed and rejuvenated after use. Really keeps gets that blood circulating.

Sturdy Exercise Plate

I am just a beginner but unpacked the unit. It is bigger and much sturdier than I thought it would be. It was easy to set up. I am just starting to use it and am looking forward to figuring out how to use it best for my workouts.

So Far, Great Machine !

This is the second day on this after having other brands for years. I'm impressed at the quality of the machine. The only thing I wish was different is the ability to have my programs in memory. The preset programs are not aggressive enough for me. Other than that, I love it. Thanks!
