The vibration plate was bigger than I thought when I received it, but it is suppose the max weight of 330 lbs. On the first try it did hold up to the expectations I had for it the tension in my shoulders started to relax and the foot pain I had eased away from a long day at work. Probably will add this to my daily routine at night.

Excited for the heath benefits

I have just started using the vibration plate and I am experiencing sinus drainage. I didn’t even realize I was plugged up. I’m using it for detoxing through lymphatic drainage. Super easy to use and feels well built.

My old rumblex quit working and I submitted a replacement request on Monday before noon. I had my replacement by Thurs before noon. That is excellent service! Lifeprofitness is the BEST! I highly recommend products from this company. Their products are affordable and have a lifetime warranty which they honor. I love all the products I have purchased from this company!
