Never knew I needed a vibration plate and this one's are terrific quality experience. I use it everyday. I'm not sure but I think a right knee is a little better because of it.

I just received my Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate. It was packaged very professionally. The unit is extremely sturdy, heavy and seems to be built well. I will leave another review after I have been able to use it for a while!! Looking forward to seeing where this takes me!!
