I have just over 1 hour since it was setup Feb. 19. I am enjoying the convenience of the programs 10 minutes at a time, every 2nd day.

Husband having knee surgery -got it to help pre- rehab as he is not walking much. For me I was dx with osteopenia..so need to increase or stabilize bone density..
