It’s hard to give a review on an item you just started using. The vibration plate is sturdy, well made and easy to start using for basics. I’m looking forward to learning more ways to use this in my fitness routine.

Have been using for about 2 weeks and feel the difference. Try and do 10 minutes in morning and feel more energized throughout my morning. Wife has been exercising on it with weights and also noticed a big difference. Great product.

I deal with chronic pain and poor circulation related to atrophy, so that’s the main reason I got this. I’ve only had it a few days, so I don’t know how it will be long term, but I will say that in a few times I’ve used it, I have felt relief
