This is a great vibration plate. It feels like a whole body massage. It helps with your balance. It helps with your circulation. It helps with your exercise. I feel rejuvenated after using this plate.

Purchased my LifePro Rumblex Plus to help me with circulation, back pain. and improve balance. It is quite sturdy and well built. I can adjust the speed and intensity of my workout. I like having the control on a wrist band so I don't have to keep bending over to change settings. The enclosed booklet gives examples of the many different exercises you can do. Look forward to reaping the benefits of my vibration plate.
