I gave away my first vibration plate after 5 years. Nothing wrong with it but in a moment of weakness I did it. Two days later I missed it so much I purchased another one.
I enjoy the ease of using the vibration plate.

I love my Rumblex Plus Vibration Platform. I use it before workouts for a great warmup and i use it after for recovery.

So far so good. Love this product. I feel like I am finally doing something to help my body get back into shape. It has really helped with my fluid retention.
