I just received it and am walking through the instructions. Instructions are easy to understand. The wristband works well. There are some exercises in the manual. There is a lifetime warranty (though they send parts and instructions on how to repair). Activate within 14 days of purchasing.

High Hopes

Have only had for about 10 days, but so far so good. Bought for a variety of reasons and am enjoying my sessions. Easy & comfortable to use. Have read a lot of info about how often and how long it’s safe to use…still seeking a factual answer. Also still trying to find the Library of Lifepro exercises that I was supposed to be able to access.

I am loving my Rumblex 4D thus far. My son is also enjoying it. I’m eager to learn different ways to use it, but can say that just standing on it is effective. I’m needing support for my bones and am looking to add core strength as well.
