Arrived yesterday so my experience is limited, and I am still learning how to use it. I have been impressed with how much better it makes me feel and it does tend to increase my heart rate. I am trying to learn more positions and just how to choose the program it is running. Bottom line it seems quiet enough to watch TV while it is running and works as expected.

Today is the first day I got this vibration plate. I tried for 10 mins and felt the workout majorly in the stomach and lower the body. I will recommend this product to my friends. :)

I have heard the best exercise is the one you'll do - it is so easy for me to get the level of workout that I am up for on any given day...from a serious workout to just getting energized or getting warmed up for playing golf or whatever.
