I use my vibration plate almost daily 10-20 minutes I love it. Knees have felt better since using over a tread ago. I love this thing.

Love my vibration plate/ Three of my friends have purchased them after trying mine. It's a great relaxation tool and way to get lymphatic system moving. I also use it for stretching and exercise. Sometimes. I just stand on it to feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

I absolutely love using the vibration plate! A little "me time" while I'm doing something amazing for my body! It's so important to get our lymphatic system moving, and this is a perfect way to do that any time of the day inside your home! I recommend it so often to others!

Just got my vibration plate unpacked and tried it out for the first time. So far not feeling it is super intense but will play around with the programs and settings. Very impressed by the quietness of the product! One thing I will note that I am not a fan of is the wrist remote. The band does not lie flat so where the ends of the wristband come together is has two big humps so it catches on clothing and uncomfortable.
