I use a LifePro Rumblex4D at the Gym and the first time I used it, I was in love. 15 minutes doing light balance type of exercises on it as directed by my coach, I could feel that I had gotten a better workout and I wanted one for my home. The friend that I had brought with me to use the vibration plate after I had told her so much about the benefits, loved it also and she and I immediately started researching buying one for our homes. We did want the cheaper knock offs at all, and although we found that other places sold their live pro rumble, we decided to buy from the company itself. We were impressed by the support and other professional products that they had there. We wanted them all! my friend has already received hers and I am saving up! Thank you for such a fine product!

Loving the Rumblex Plus

I used my vibration plate for the first time yesterday. Woke up this morning with muscle pain in both thighs. I guess I haven’t worked these muscles in a very long time. Got right back on my Rumblex Plus 4D vibration plate feeling good.

Tried it for the first time yesterday. Woke up this morning with thigh muscle tendeness. This vibration plate really worked my muscles. Just used it again. Such a good overall feeling!

When we bought this I wasn’t sure how much we would use this. We love it. It helps us with overall tired joints. When I can’t sleep I will often get out of bed and spend 5-10 minutes on the vibration plate. It seems to calm my mind and body down. When I go back to bed I fall back to sleep. When my joints feel inflamed, the vibration plate helps me feel better. This is one of those things that are worth trying. You might be surprised how much better you feel by using this vibration plate.
