I received the plate 4 days ago and have used it approx 10-15 times. It definitely shakes you and if I can believe the calorie counter, I'm definitely using up some of them. Even though I pushed as hard as I could to insert the power plug until I heard the "click" it never would click but it has never come out so I guess I'm good with it. It this plate does half of what the reviews are saying, then I will be happy. I bought it because of an old back injury and maybe I should have bought a lighter one as it's hard for me to move.

My father bought the rhythm platform for my mother to help with her balance and build strength when I tried it I knew I had to get one for myself.

I’m beyond impressed with the LifePro Rumblex 4D! From the very first session, I could feel it working. Level 1 is already intense, and the variety of movement modes makes it incredibly versatile. I’ve used it standing, sitting, and even exercising on it—my muscles feel more activated. It’s sturdy, powerful, and a joy to use.

as a new user of this machine it is too early to make a full and indepth review, but i can feel it has great potential in physical therapy. can get quite noisy with higher settings but let s see how things go once fully tested..
