Great for muscle strength and relaxation

I've noticed my muscles to be more toned after a few weeks using the plate. I also convinced a reluctant family member to try it and he won't stop raving about it now.

I caved and bought the Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate and today was my first day using it. So far I love it! I will need to update this review after several weeks of using it, but I'm so excited!!
