This machine is helping to wake up my 'dead feet.' Had double fascia release surgery in 1995 and have been strapped to spring-coil type shoes with built-in orthotics ever since, which has caused the front halves of my feet and toes to become inactivated and arthritic. This is helping with the pain and making me walk easier!
It also helps with my piriformis, my tight calves/quads/hams (less muscle cramps!) and yes, even helps with constipation! Want to wake up your body? Get one of these plates- it is so worth the $ and has all the right movements to keep you on track :) Thanks, Abe & Joel!

I’ve been asked to review this product first before I have access to the free workout videos.
I’ve only used it twice and so I do not have much to say other than it’s very user friendly so far and i like the way my body feels after two sessions.

The vibration is stronger than I thought it would be. Seems to be great. Only tried once. I love that the mat, bands and hand pulls came with it as well as access to exercises!

I’m 330 lbs and this thing vibrates so good I’m sore.
