When we first bought the vibrating plate, it was more to include that as a tool for our workout. Turns out that it is also an amazing tension reliever for my shoulders and back pain from my work.

The RumblexPlus 4D vibration plate model is superbly engineered, well worth its high price. Its very wide frequency range and 3 vibration/oscillation modes make it very effective as an exercise machine.
