Day one and such a huge difference already in helping regulate my nervous system and release tension and pain. Thank you!! I only wish it wouldn't turn off when I'm lying on it. Otherwise I'd give it four stars!

I absolutely love this machine! I can feel it toning my thighs and butt right away. I started using one at my local wellness center and had to buy one myself! I like being able to see the calories I’m burning also!

I have only used my vibration plate twice but I am impressed already. I have a lot to learn. I have been going to the gym and cycling but needed something that would take me to the next level. I am engaging in healthy aging. I think this product will help me.
