Love the Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate

My wife, 75, and I, 78, love the pusation mode in this vibrator, we use it at least 10 minutes everyday for the last week and it wakes up, balances our body and readies us before we go for a walk. We noticed we struggle less when starting the walk so it's more enjoyable. This is a very powerfull vibrator and so far have used it only in the green at speed 10. We recommend to stay in the green mode especially with the oscillator and lateral modes or any combination of these. Even in the green, the oscillation is very powerful, take it easy with this, very progressively increase the speed and decrease it for yor comfort, this can shake your bones. We see improvement in our blood circulation day by day. We do not see ouselves moving up to the orange or red ranges anytime soon. We find the result that it conditions our body and awakens us to exercise more.

Over Weight and Out of Shape

So far so good I am excited to start my journey. Taking it slow and steady. I am 73 and out of shape so started with 2 min. My husband loves it and is able to do the full 10. We are learning as we go. Thankfully there are many wonderful videos on You Tube to help. Thanks Dianne and Greg
