I like using this towards the end of the day to work out any tension. Been using it everyday since receiving it and love it so much. I haven’t worked out with it yet but pls to do so in the future.

The vibration plate is very well made and only tried a few times, only had it a week so it is too early to feel the benefits. But what I find so far is that it is easy to use and time spent went very quickly. I will start to use it more and I am being very hopeful that its money well spend.
