The styrofoam is stock to one of the foot’s and will not come off. The mat is coming off

I had the Waver and my sister needed it for stage 4 lyphedema. I was thinking about upgrading so I gave her my Waver and upgraded to the Rumblex. Just still getting use to all the different program but so far I am loving it.
