The Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration is the real deal! Very easy to unbox & set up right out of the box. The Matt was hidden under flat cardboard so search the box before throwing it away. I really like the wrist control device, buttons are large for exceptionally easy use. I read that the device should only be used 3 days a week so I can’t wait for tomorrow.
