So far so good!

Two weeks in and I’m enjoying the 4D vibration plate. I found workout videos on YouTube that I have been doing and really like. 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening flies by fast. My knee feels so much better because of the circulation and movement. Looking forward to even better overall results!

I’ve been using this vibration plate for a few weeks now, and I’m very happy with it. It’s easy to use, and I can feel my muscles working even with short sessions. It’s a great way to stay active at home, especially on busy days.

Great after long day of sitting

Use it 20 minutes a day, after a long day of sitting at work and when don't have to exercise. Makes my body feel good and alleviates leg cramps / restless legs.

Remote has not worked well from day 1, then quit, changed battery. Still does not work. Have had less than 1 month.
