Great after long day of sitting

Use it 20 minutes a day, after a long day of sitting at work and when don't have to exercise. Makes my body feel good and alleviates leg cramps / restless legs.

I’m glad to have something that improves my circulation and relaxes my muscles. It’s especially useful to me when I don’t feel like I have enough energy to work out, but want to make sure I get my lymphatic system going.
