I got the Rumblex Plus 4D as an upgrade to my first LifePro vibration plate. I love the performance of it, but it is much lighter than I expected.

So far I am loving my vibration plate. I work out three times a week with weights and my vibration plate has been helpful in my recovery.

Started off with lower tier life pro. Plate was smaller, not as good as vibration and options. Unpacking this rumbled 4d was a very noticeable difference. Heavy quality out the package. Everything after didn’t disappoint. Notice huge difference. Enjoying everytime get to use it. Has helped in many aspects. Don’t wait, just get one!

I’m am loving the Rumblex Plus 4D vibration plate. I have never used one before and I am now 3 days in and am very happy! I find this is easier on my joints.
