Just got the machine today and tried it for 10 minutes. Seems like it is solidly built, noise was low, and I was impressed with the strength of the vibrations just on Level 1. I could feel it in my hips when I got off, so let's see how it goes!

I haven't had it very long. However, my body feels great after using it. If definitely is helping with circulation, and providing a great way to recover after a workout or cardio activity.-
