I just unboxed my new vibration plate. It is really sturdy and heavy, unlike some others I looked at. I’ve only completed the setup and a quick 10-minutes of playing around with controls and foot position, but it makes me excited to get started adding vibration to my daily workouts.

I have only used my machine two days so far for three minutes each because I was advised by a fitness professional to start slow, but I wanted to stay on much longer because it felt pretty good. It was easy to set up and seems very solid and well-built. I’m really forward to much more time on it and getting some tone back in these 70-year-old muscles!

Brand new for Father's Day, 2025.
Upon turning on, the top began scraping the rear right side and making a lot of noise.

I upgraded after 3 years

It All started with the Waver board for me. Quality is great! I have added so many other products from LifePro Fitness I need 2 hands to count them. I upgraded to the 4 way RumblexPro. Can't wait to try all the combinations
