I thought, when my wife bought this, it was a gimmick. I used it thinking it was a complete waist of time like the vibration belt from the 70s. This is our 2nd one. We know have one in both house. It really works muscles and improves circulation. I found that it relieves the feeling of the"JIMMY LEGS". Great product and have recommended it to friends who actually have bought this product.

I have been looking at these for a while. I worked at a doctors office which implemented it and saw patients withnresults so finally decided to get one. I have used it for 2 days but already seeing a difference in the swelling of my legs.

Three days since purchase and I am enjoying my Rumblex Vibration Plate! Would probably rate a full 5, but the site to register the warranty pushed for a review before proceeding. I purchase the Waver at the same time and my wife is enjoying it. Again, only three days of use and so far, so good!

I believe this product could achieve a 5-star rating but for now I give it a 4. Mostly because The instruction booklet is lacking. Finally getting the hang of it a detailed video would be helpful.
