Good vibes

I've had the Rumblex Plus for 24 hours. I'm already hooked! My primary interest in getting a vibration plate was for fascial release and to ease body tension. I have chronic neck issues from multiple whiplash injuries and a recent arm, shoulder, and wrist sprain that's been taking its sweet time to recover. Amazing how one injury can disrupt that whole side of your body, not just the injury site.
After a session last night and one this morning, my neck is feeling the most ease it's ever felt in a long time. I look forward to seeing how things will shake out over the coming months.
The machine is sturdy and well-made. The remote is a handy feature, while the included mini bands are underwhelming. They might be useful for arm work, but if you are a grown human with any meat on your bones, you'll be lucky if you get them past your ankles. The wheels on the machine are handy, but they are on the side where the power cord is, so you have to remove the cord every time you want to roll it

I just got my 4D Vibration plate and I'm looking forward to creating a routine. Got it mainly to increase my bone density but hoping to lose weight also. I tried my daughter's and was excited to order one for myself and my husband. Rated it as 4 stars because I haven't used it much yet.

I thought, when my wife bought this, it was a gimmick. I used it thinking it was a complete waist of time like the vibration belt from the 70s. This is our 2nd one. We know have one in both house. It really works muscles and improves circulation. I found that it relieves the feeling of the"JIMMY LEGS". Great product and have recommended it to friends who actually have bought this product.

I have been looking at these for a while. I worked at a doctors office which implemented it and saw patients withnresults so finally decided to get one. I have used it for 2 days but already seeing a difference in the swelling of my legs.
