I’ve had my vibration plate for a few days, I’m really enjoying it so far. 4 stars right now because I’ve had some dizziness/motion sickness but it has already improved so I think it will get better as my body adjusts. Starting slow with 5 minutes a day.

I love my Rumblex because, as a 2x cancer survivor with severe chemotherapy‑induced neuropathy in both feet, it’s one of the few things that reliably helps me feel and move better every day. Ten minutes of squats each morning - at healing 40 Hz - noticeably boosts my blood circulation, supports nerve recovery, and leaves my legs feeling stronger and more stable. My balance has improved, I can walk better afterwards, and I feel more confident on my feet instead of shuffling and worrying about tripping.
I also like knowing that the weight‑bearing whole body vibration WBV supports my bones and muscles at the same time, so it’s not just symptom relief but an investment in long‑term mobility.
For me, the Rumblex has become a non‑negotiable part of my routine, I miss it when I go away, and I genuinely recommend it both to fellow neuropathy patients (Doctors agree) and to anyone who is still fit and wants to protect their balance, strength, and independence as they age.
