I've had my vibration plate for a few days, it feels great to use (almost like a massage) I got it to help with osteoporosis, I'll be sure to come back and update

I just received my vibration plate and used it for the first time. I can tell already I am going to love it! Very sturdy and well made. The ease of set up was a pleasant surprise as we were anxious to get it unwrapped and begin using.
