I have only had the Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate for a week, but I am loving it. I haven't experienced the benefits listed yet as I'm slowly increasing the time I'm on it, but I do feel better after I use it. I also feel as if I have exercised when I have just stood on the plate. Can't wait to see how I feel in a month.
