This vibration plate has been a wonderful tool for my daughter’s physical therapy. It helps activate her muscles, improve circulation, and makes her PT exercises more effective. It’s been a helpful addition to her at-home therapy routine.

The preset programs 2 and 3 are too intense for my back, my chiropractor suggested using the pulsation training mode manually.
