It’s been about 3 days and I can feel my muscles loosen up. I workout for about 20 minutes twice a day and the Rumblex Plus 4D has definitely been a great addition.

Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate

The vibration plate was bigger than I thought when I received it, but it is suppose the max weight of 330 lbs. On the first try it did hold up to the expectations I had for it the tension in my shoulders started to relax and the foot pain I had eased away from a long day at work. Probably will add this to my daily routine at night.

Excited for the heath benefits

I have just started using the vibration plate and I am experiencing sinus drainage. I didn’t even realize I was plugged up. I’m using it for detoxing through lymphatic drainage. Super easy to use and feels well built.
