The reviews look great and I just received the machine. This is much more sturdy than I expected. At 62, I wanted something like this to keep healthy and ease joint pain.

Only owned this vibration plate a few days but like it so far. I definitely feel something. Time will tell if benefits begin to impact health. Vibration plate seems to be quality construction, it heavy duty!
