best sleep of my life

My husband and I both used it. We could feel the heat moving through body. My feet and hands are usually cold but after this they were warm. We both went to sleep very quickly and had deep sleep. It's like express Tai Chi. The Rumblex plus has the same affects of Tai Chi in 10 minutes!

I love this vibration plate. I cannot be without it, it helps with lymphatic support, cellulite and sore muscles. It has three different vibration types and comes with arm bands to exercise with. It's super easy to use

I have had my Rumblex Pro for only a couple weeks and I love it. I look forward to using it every day. Still learning with it but it is easy with all the support and videos available to view. Definitely very happy with my purchase.
