I love my LifePro vibration plate! It’s easy to use, quiet, and great for muscle recovery and circulation. I use it on gentle settings when I’m sore and more intense settings on strength days, and it really helps reduce stiffness. A great addition to my daily routine.

The mat on my lifepro is already pulling up and I just unboxed it. It doesn’t look like it should do this. I will call customer service tmw
