Is this the answer to my hip pain?

I am 56yo and have been a bedside nurse for 20years and all the lifting, pushing and endless walking almost the whole shift, has caused me bodyaches and pain! Recently been experiencing a left hip / back pain that wont go away. I did not want to resort to steroid shot thus I looked for a natural way to take away the pain. Ive heard of vibration plates, initially considered a different brand but I wanted an equipment made here in US, where there will be reliable after sales service… thats when I found the ads for lifepro. Also, Lifepro has multiple options based on one’s needs and budget. So I have been using my Rumblex 4D plus twice a day, in the morning after coming home from work and again before I go to work… I noticed that my pain has lessened IMMENSELY!… its not totally gone yet but definitely improving! I am also using a red light therapy concurrently with the Rumblex…so if you are like me, and need pain relief? Try the Rumblex 4D plus or any of their vibrating plates.

We have only had the Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate for about a week, but the whole family is enjoying it at this time. Our teenager uses the pulsation setting after cross country practice and it makes his legs feel better. Us parents were looking to have better circulation and lymphatic drainage and a plus would be some toning. We do feel lymphatic drainage on the pulsation setting. And, we do feel like we have had a slight workout after using the oscillation and pulsation setting combined. So, we feel there is hope for toning, as well. We all are not too fond of the lateral setting, but I'm sure it has a good purpose.

Best vibration plate on the market for the money

What made me choose the LifePro Rumblex Plus 4D is the fact that this is one of the most functional vibration platforms on the market today and a lifetime warranty that goes along with it. This extent of warranty is extremely rare nowadays, especially for the products that are not static, but perform a mechanical action. I hope I won't have to use this warranty ever, but it is nice to know there is that option when you need it.

Having just received this item I can't say how it helps with weight loss but I love this for giving me some movement while working. I am able to use this much easier than an under desk treadmill, which made it hard to concentrate.
